Other: Trash from behind Kilroy’s continues to be thrown/overflowing outside of the dumpster and into the yard at 318 N College Ave. This has been an ongoing issue, and the trash frequently blows into nearby properties. We are suspecting this is coming from Kilroy’s Sports Bar due to the amount of black straws and drinks found in the ripped open bags and scattered throughout the alley. (See attached photo)
