Sidewalk Snow Removal:
Other: The public sidewalks along Parkview Apartments have improved, but most of the sidewalk is still covered with packed snow and ice. Two-thirds of the way along Walnut is now clear, but the "ice rink" at the northern end is still treacherous. The way along 19th has not been touched, even right in front of the Parkview entrance. It is unclear whether the entire sidewalk on 19th Street, all the way to Washington Street, is the responsibility of the same property owner. These photos were taken at 1:43 PM on February 4, 2026 – 11 days after the end of the last snowstorm.
