Other: For west-bound drivers turning left (south) from 10th St onto the Bypass. Of the two left turn lanes, the lefter lane is blocked by a mound of snow at the end of the turn. So when both lanes of drivers turn left, the lefter drivers try to squeeze into the righter lane at the end of the turn. Please clear the mound of snow in the middle of the intersection, or block of the lefter left turn lane on westbound 10th st to prevent collisions.
