Other: Thick layer of ice covering entire sidewalk and alley right next to Spudshack. Very hazardous for a serious fall risk as this is a commonly used sidewalk and right next to concrete steps. Appears to be no salt or sand being used. Unsure why ice is so bad in this area from the alley.
