Other: Sidewalk on west side of Madison St just north of the bridge over the rail tracks. City-owned parcel with legal address 400 W 13th. The frontage is on Madison. This is a repeat of ureport #207869. It was closed today by N Spagnolo, "This area has been cleared." No it hasn't!
