Other: Snow plowed up 3or 4 feet high from snow plows blocking the sidewalk at this corner. It my understanding that this section of sidewalk (handicap ramp) is the responsibility of the City of Bloomington, this was told to me by the City of Bloomington. The snow has been here since 25 January.
