The bushes on the east side of the Best Buy parking lot adjacent to Aldi are located on private property. Because this area is outside the public right-of-way, the City is not able to perform maintenance or address line of sight issues there. If you wish to pursue the matter, you may consider contacting the property owner directly. For reference, the City maintains 7th Street from State Road 46 to Longview Avenue.
