Water Utility Billing Problems:

Other: Got our bill back for jan-feb and our utilities is reporting we are using 250+ gallons of water an hour. Concerned we are being billed for our entire building or their is a pipe like causing this issue. Need this fixed now as our bill is already $700+ for this month
