Other: On N. Kinser Pike going around the corner after upper cascades, there’s a tree limb sticking out with a light blue flag tied to it. A box truck was in front of Mr blocking my view of it and a car was coming the other way. I did not see the limb before my side view mirror hit it. I need someone to give this matter attention for me.
