Planning staff observed and documented an inoperable vehicle at the property. Title 20 allows homeowners to have an inoperable vehicle at their property for 30 days while they are fixing it up--provided it belongs to an occupant of the property. Planning staff will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter to the property owner if the vehicle remains in an inoperable condition for more than 30 days.

Yes, Title 20 addresses inoperable/unlicensed vehicles parked on private property. Planning staff will investigate as we have time.
