Other: A large (dead) limb broke off the top of the red maple out front in the ROW, but the limb got caught in some other branches and is now hanging up there over the street. Can someone carefully extract the limb from the crown so that the healthy limbs (and cars and pedestrians) underneath are not in peril? It is too high up for a regular person to do it alone. Looks like it will require either a specialist who is a good climber and/or some sort of crane. Thank you.
