Blocked Sidewalk:
Other: The sidewalk on 1st Street (btw College & Walnut) in front of Rally's is blocked with snow. I just helped a person in a wheelchair get unstuck from the mud next to the sidewalk. They had to go off the sidewalk since it was blocked.
