Planning staff drove by this afternoon and did not observe any vehicles parked on unimproved surface, but there are some deep muddy ruts in the front yard where vehicles appear to be regularly parked on unimproved surface. Could parking services monitor the area? The report specifies that parking on unimproved surface seems to happen during the evening and on weekends which is outside of the typical office hours of Planning staff.
