Not sure if this is a Planning or an Engineering issue. Gravel is very high (2+ feet) and is bowing out the new retaining fence. Please feel free to talk with me more about it.

Planning staff issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter to the property owners for noncompliant lighting. The letter listed a deadline of 03/04/2026 to address the lighting violations. Planning staff will reinvestigate the property again at night as soon as we can after that date to ensure compliance. If the issues have not been resolved and we do not receive any outreach from the property owners regarding a plan for compliance, we will escalate the enforcement process to a Notice of Violation (NOV) letter with fine deadlines for resolving the violations.
