Other: During the construction of the new building on Kirkwood, the flow of traffic has been shifted. It is clearly marked on the road, but given that it is new, I think some kind of physical lane divider may be needed (like those posts that sometimes are put up to separate lanes of traffic). I drive through that area frequently, and it is clear that a number of drivers are caught by surprise/startled when they realize they are driving in what seems like head-on traffic to the other lane that has shifted. I am concerned that a minor accident is likely.
