Other: Someone could easily fall into that hole and get seriously hurt. Lots of children and elderly in this area, including those with special needs. In the evening the huge hole is invisible.

This looks to be a private storm pipe, that could have been damaged during sidewalk repair. I walked down Poplar Dr looking at all the new sidewalks and did not see this issue. The uReport said Poplar CT, but Poplar Ct does not have sidewalks. Service Request#4308 was created to investigate this issue. If you want to follow-up with a better location, we can look at it and try to help. Feel free to call (812) 349-3682 and reference this service request number to follow-up.

This looks to be a private drainage pipe from the home. I will work with another City Department to get this issue fixed.
