Other: The city never cleared the snow from the bicycle lane after the January storm. As a direct consequence, the melting piles of snow left mounds of debris when they melted – similar to glacial till. Please clear the debris from the bicycle lanes on N. College Avenue and N. Walnut Street, which has been there for nearly 3 weeks now.
