Hi Jeremy, drainage is generally not something for Planning. It looks like Cheyene indicated they spoke with CBU regarding who's this is and it should likely go to them. I will go ahead and reassign after this, but wanted to make sure you knew for future reference.

I have verified with CBU that this is a private storm pipe. According to GIS, I believe it belongs to the HOA.
