However, most of this stormwater infrastructure belongs to the county (Liberty Drive, Curry Pike), the state (W 3rd Street), or private property owners (Jacob Drive). You can report county infrastructure concerns at 812-349-2565 or [email protected]. You can report state-maintained infrastructure concerns to the INDOT Transportation Services Call Center at 1-855-INDOT4U or 855-463-6848.
