Abandoned Vehicle:

Other: Vehicle has been parked in a dead end for almost two days, drivers are unable to see the vehicle parked as it has no hazards on. It is becoming a hazard as people are speeding through the parking lot and almost crash because the entrance/exit is now narrow.
