Other: Pedestrian Crosswalk needs better markings and lights. This crosswalk at N. Fee Lane and Foster Drive has terrible markings - the paint is faded on the roadway and it is hard to see as a driver, especially at night. This crosswalk is used by many students daily and should be made more safe as my daughter was almost hit by an SUV while on the sidewalk waiting to use the crosswalk this past weekend. A car had stopped at the crosswalk for the pedestrians and an SUV that came up behind that stopped car decided to not stop and passed the stopped car on the right, in the bike lane, going approximately 30 mph just missing my daughter and her boyfriend. Please paint this crosswalk and add the flashing lights in the ground and around the crosswalk sign to make this a safer crosswalk and more visible to drivers.
