City Construction Projects:

Other: Recently we have had sewer problems at 1901 S. Rogers Street Bloomington. Upon digging up the main line we found what appears to be a fiber optic line that severed our main sewer line when contractors were working recently. Could we please find out the contractors that had ROW or who to contact. We are a no profit agency and do not have the budget for this costly repair. Thank you.
