Mike, I did accidentally end up in this area today one SB Sare and there are a number of cars that get stopped once the onsite que space is full. I observed vehicles (as well as busses) crossing the double yellow and driving into oncoming NB traffic to get around the line. Not sure if there's anything to do here but wanted to share my observation.
