Other: I put in a request last month for a new small recycling bin since the lid was previously somewhat broken off by the previous homeowners and then fully broken off by the pickup after I had moved in. The bin was supposed to get replaced but did not due to the snow storms that happened that week. It has since been taken along with the trash so I no longer have a lid at all. I am hoping to get a new bin at the next pickup. Again it is a small recycling bin
