Other: There is a big depression in the street near the stop sign on Brooks Drive (north side of Covenanter). And some of the pavement (about 3x5inches) has actually broken and dropped down into a black hole! It appears though that with a car wheel sitting on it, more blacktop could easily break through until an entire wheel -or more- could dangerously drop into an enlarged hole. It is like a sinkhole.
