Other: On behalf of Crescent Bend Neighborhoos Association, I am reporting large CBU property ADJACENT to 1221 N Lindbergh. It needs major maintenance! The STORM PIPE seems to be plugged up with debris, causing the water to stream across the street. The large CBU lot needs TRASH PICK-UP and massive INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL.
