Other: While walking west on the B-Line Trail from the intersection of South Henderson Street and Thornton Avenue toward South Walnut Street, I noticed what appeared to be a dark blue sack or piece of material with something wrapped inside of it on the left side of the trail. I did not observe any visible human or animal remains, but the way the material was wrapped seemed unusual. It may simply be discarded belongings or personal effects, but I wanted to report it so that the appropriate city department can check the area. It's closer to the S. Walnut end.
