Other: The city hired a company to work on the corner of Walnut Pk. & Heather last summer. At my request they finally did cover the hole they left. Nothing was seeded or planted. The dirt was clay and rocks. Now the mess has wash away from underneath the sidewalk. If someone would have a look I would appreciate it. I think it needs top soil and grass seed. I will be happy to add flowers. Thank you.
