Other: This is in regards to the 4 drains at the intersection of 8th and Fountain. I live at 1301 W 8th St and keep these drains clear because my house flooded during the storm in 2021. I had cleaned them out when we had that most recent flash flooding warning. On my way to work I noticed the west side of 8th street drain was already clogged up again and water was starting to back up. I didn't have time to clear it because I was on my way to work. I work until 10pm and would be extremely appreciative if someone was able to help. I attached a picture of the drain in question.
