Other: The street drain cover at the north east corner of our building in the "alley" just west of the Kroger gas station has sunken about a foot! Cars catch their tires. In direct line with said drain the ground above the storm water drain pipe has fallen away and created a 2-3 sinkhole! This is next to the guard rail along Jackson Creek.
