Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: This is more than just a pothole. The ground has opened up and revealed a kind of evacuated cavern under the concrete, sort of like a karst feature. It should probably be investigated by an engineer and not just filled in. It is in the alley directly behind (east) of the parking lot behind Bynum Fanyo on Walnut.

AT&T sent an inspector out and he investigated the manhole and found it to be intact with no debris in it. He stated the last time new fiber was placed in the area was 2019. Because of this timeline the warranty period for ROW work here has expired and we do not have any additional leads. Passing to T&D to see if an inspection is warranted.

There is a hole that is over a foot deep but There does not appear to be any ROW permits associated with this. If any further investigation is needed on our part please let us know.

Zach, I think this is a duplicate that I sent over yesterday, but I'm sending this over just incase.
