City of Bloomington, Indiana

open #209269

Other:

Other: I have at least 3 broken wires dangling from a utility line to near ground level in my back yard. I've had ATT and Comcast out, both either blame the other or claim the line belongs to my neighbor and they can't do anything to it without the neighbor's permission. Again, they're broken wires. They don't go anywhere. The utilities are just ignoring them and making excuses. Does the city offer me any options here? FWIW, last time I looked there were also wires hanging off of the next pole along the line at S Dunn St.
