Other: There is a drain grate that sits between this property that we manage and the property next door. Our property is having an issue with this grate filling up and backing up into the lower level of the property into the basement garage and flooding inside. The grate is not on the street but on a portion of the grass area between the 2 houses. Is this something the City would clean out or something that needs to be handled aside from the City? Please direct us on a resolution for this issue. Thank you
