Other: The sidewalk north of the tennis courts in the Southeast park does not drain and as a result the sidewalk is frequently muddy and difficult for pedestrians to navigate. You cleaned off the mud last spring, but the underlying lack of drainage has not been addressed. And during the winter although the rest of the walkways around the Southeast park were welll plowed, the stretch along the north of the tennis courts was not plowed at all.
