Other: Tenants have been moving wooden beams to use more of the yard for parking. If you stand in the alley behind the house there should be a tandem spot for two cars on the right and one parking spot close to the alley on their left. Room for 3 cars but now there are often 5 including one on the grass. This is a problem every year, better to have permanent bumper blocks instead of ones they just roll out of position. There are 4 cars there in the above picture even though it is spring break and plenty of parking on the street.
