Other: Three aggressive dogs bark all day. One dog incessantly barks - sometimes from 7 pm to 3 am. The neighborhood is very quiet except for these dogs. Owners do not walk, play or interact with them. They need to be issued a violation for noise, and disturbance to wellbeing of entire 4 block radius of the house. This town is incredibly irresponsible about dogs, please tell these irresponsible owners to put bark collars or contain their dogs.
