Greg, thank you for this report. The contractor was received a notice of violation for this occurrence. They were permitted to close the northern sidewalk for a few days during the construction process however the closure was not properly executed in this phase. Staff will continue to monitor the project and work to limit the ROW impact during the construction process.

I saw this taking place earlier, and they were attempting to proactively detour pedestrians during the deliveries, but needed to do so back at Walnut and Washington instead of at the beginning of each side of walkaround.
