Other: 115 e kirkwood blocked walk around again. please stop work order until they figure out a more appropriate way to deliver cement, which will happen again and again. consider closing this block to cars. thanks!

Kyle, I saw this taking place earlier, and they were attempting to proactively detour pedestrians during the deliveries, but needed to do so back at Walnut and Washington instead of at the beginning of each side of walkaround.
