Other: the gutter above my front door has been hanging off the building for weeks and my landlord has yet to fix it. it has been dropping nails and causes water to flood my entrance. the issue continues to worsen each day. it’s a large gutter and i’m afraid it could fall and hurt myself or my neighbors.
