Other: There was a small fire 2 days ago started in the grass area of property of Governor Park Apartments and the trailer Court area. Its a smoking area where people go out to smoke. I live near there but not at the apartments. I see people who sit in chairs and use a green tin to put there smoke out and the butts are never put out. There was a guy passed out drunk at the can then later it started fire. The can was smoldering. It does almost every night and it's right in the parking lot of the apartments so I don't know how this is legal because it's near a apartment complex. Fire department comes when called but the fires DONT STOP. The can is not a proper cigarette extinguisher and it's has been an ongoing problem that I'm afraid it's going to start field on fire that goes into my property.
