Other: There is an apartment complex which has been in business for over thirty years that has had graffiti on the retaining wall for over six months. It is located at the corner of Fess and 2nd Street. I initially thought that the owners of the complex would do something about it but so far, nothing.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 48 days have already passed.
The graffiti is on private property. Public Works cannot remove it. Hand might be able to get the property owner to address this.
