Other: There is a row of storage units immediately to the south of my apartment at Brandon Ct. There is a space between the units and a fence that is supposed to be maintained by Henderson Court. As you can see by the photo (I can provide more), it appears that unhoused people use it as a place to sleep. The area is strewn with trash, and mattress/foundation, and I would suspect that drug activity is or has occurred in the space. Furthermore, several packages have been stolen off of my stoop by occupants of this space. Clearly, this poses a health and safety hazard. I ask that the City investigate the area and assess fines and other sanctions against Granite, the listed property owners or managers. In addition to clean up and possible environmental remediation, I want the area secured in such a fashion that in the future no unhoused people can reoccupy the space. The Department may also need to contact Henderson Court for erection of a fence that denies access for the length of the fence that serves as the property line between Henderson Court and Brandon Court.
