Other: The "new and improved" bill pay for city bills is a terrible user experience. It won't load on Safari, it doesn't remember users from the previous login info, and if the user logs in again it still doesn't remember the account number and that's IF you can get it to load at all. Please please please talk to tech people at the Mill. They can help. Thank you.
