We have followed up with Utility Company - Duke Energy and they said "The veg team took a look at the area. The work they did was aligned with our vegetation management protocols and they did not feel that any additional work was necessary at the site. They said that they have been doing veg clearing in this location for many years and from their experience and the roots that are present, they anticipate that vegetation will fill up along the ground quickly". In the meantime, our Natural Resources Manager will continue to keep an eye on the are an remediate erosion any concerns as needed.
