Other: A drainage or other pipe was installed a few weeks ago in Hillside Drive immediately west (in the eastbound lane) of the pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of Hillside and South Olive Street. Every time a vehicle runs over this "pipe opening" it makes a loud noise that can be heard in the immediate neighborhood. It is very annoying and distrurbing to the residents near this intersection, especially at night when drivers can't see this opening. Can something please be done to make this quieter please. Thank you in advance for looking into this issue.

This was a utility cut by CBU. It has concrete in the hole, but is on our list to make more permanent repairs.
