Other: I reported an incident about 2 weeks ago regarding my mailbox being damaged by the sanitation truck. I submitted a photo showing the mailbox and was told that this would be replaced and was asked where we purchased the mailbox so they could purchase a new one. The status of my U Report was changed to resolved a day or so later. To date, nothing has been done to my knowledge to replace our damaged mailbox. Please advise. Greg Smith
