Other: Neighbor continues to let trash and debris lay in his yard; now, instead of being all over the porch and inside, it’s now just sitting there way out in the open. The person he has working on this doesn’t seem to be doing a lot but sitting in his car and playing on his phone. I know because I was at home all day long and barely saw him in or around the house.
