Other: Hello, I would like to report damage to the street located at/near 4601 W Middle Ct in Bloomington. The damage appears to have been caused by a city trash/recycle vehicle that traveled along the street near my driveway. The pavement has been torn up and is now damaged in that area. This occurred on or around April 14, 2026 at approximately 6-7AM. I have attached photos showing the damage and its location relative to my driveway. Could someone please inspect this and advise on repair? Also, please let me know if I need to take any additional steps or file a formal claim due to the damage being caused by a city vehicle. Thank you for your help.
