Mike and I will keep looking for locates and other sources to try to find the responsible party. At the moment we are not having any luck. I was advised this location may need to be sent a sidewalk letter.

This was not associated with the recent work. Contractor provided before pictures showing 5 broken panels. This is supported by google street view images.
