Phone Call: A resident called in to report traffic signage (detour signage, perhaps?) fell into the roadway and scratched their vehicle at 2nd and Patterson. They called to inquire about the tort claims process; they were directed to Legal's webpage about the process for filing a claim. They also called to trigger a response from staff to address the signage in the roadway.

Not sure at this time which project the detour signage may be related to; I believe CBU may be working in the area, as well as non-city affiliated contractors.
