Other: Hello. Please consider adding "Do Not Block Intersection" style markings to the pavement at the entrance to the Park South apartments on Henderson Street (see attached file indicating where). This entrance is frequently blocked by cars stopped at the Hillside Drive intersection, making entrance and exit impossible and/or unsafe.
